As project manager, Paul Nieckula works alongside the superintendent gathering information on project schedules, budgets, and deliveries. He is involved with the hiring of sub-contractors – which encompasses the solicitation, referencing and negotiating between Annex and the sub-contractor. He is frequently on job sites to assist and evaluate current and future projects. With over 10 years working in business development, Paul also contributes in the sales division of the company.
Paul graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a major in environmental geography in 2003. He began his professional career at Wells Fargo Financial, where he created over $10 million in revenue for the North Shore district. Staying in sales, Paul shifted his career to advertising development, during which time he worked for DEX Media and was responsible for $100,000 monthly advertising in the Chicago and Northwest Indiana area.
Five years ago Paul received his certification as an insurance adjuster from State Farm and Worley Catastrophe. While responding to CAT situations and writing thorough large loss estimates, he spent time with a local Indiana company meeting with adjusters, writing estimates and managing projects from start to finish. He has written and estimated deals that range from $25,000.00 to $1.5 million, and was responsible for managing over $15 million of new revenue in the Chicagoland area in the past 3 years.
